Ahh, this took forever...
So yeah, for the Holiday contest C: I sorta... compromised the art and animation in some scenes for time purposes so... this didn't really reach it's full potential ;___;
Yes, I am lazy and guilty of abusing the fill tool; those little white lines are ever-present in this... -facepalm-
So one day when I went to work on this, after I closed the animation editor, even though I SAVED it, when I tried to edit it again, all I had done that day was gone! The computer was really lagging because of the massiveness of this animation, so I decided right then and there I had to finish it or risk losing all I had worked on. So I worked on the last minute-and-a-half or so from 7 in the morning till 12 TT__TT And believe me, I didn't want to. Because I was tired of sitting in front of the monitor for so long, that last minute-and-a-half are completely lacking in good art or animation. The tree, too, is terrible x_x
But overall, I'm pleased with this C: I mean...
Is it cliche? Yep
Cheesy? You bet it is.
Do I like it anyway? Heck yes I do >:[

THIS IS AWESOME! WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better then my contest entry.. all mine is is a cup of hot coco and a candy cane... sitting on a table... with a reeith.. hanging on the wall... OH WELL!.. maybe ill get the wacom bamboo tablet in a few years... THSI IS AWESOME!

This is so well done. I love all the little details like the reindeer's eye roll at the elf. Really well animated and a beautiful Holiday story! Awesome :)

WOW this insanely amazing! i can tell this took foever but it was so well worth it. a great story, idea, and the drawings were great! i would have slacked off and kicked it in the can. you should be very very proud of yourself!! CONGRATS ON WINNING!! :D

Congratulations. A very well deserved winning contest entry. I can't wait to see what you'll do with your new tablet. The part that impressed me the most was when she said "For me?" and YOU COULD READ THE LIPS PERFECTLY!!!!!!!!! No sound needed. All around astonishingly wonderful work. I hope you have a great feeling of pride because the amount of effort that went into this project is very clear. It's creative, original, and very well done. I still can't get over the "for me?" part. Just amazing!
